I see pie in my future

So I am happily ensconced in SF. Before I left NYC, my Tanner Krolle bags from overstock.com arrived. I can't say I really got tired of It Bags because I was never into them in the first place. Seeing someone else with the same article of clothing I have (whether I am wearing it or not) is like nails on a chalkboard for me.

Well no fear, Tanner Krolle hasn't been in the US fashion rags for some time. Not that it has impacted the quality: lovely lovely lovely. I have a black one now (different style), and even The Boy likes it. I got the red v. to the left. And it is VERY red. But I've been into red recently. I've wanted these for quite some time, but finally pulled the trigger when I was able to get them for about 90% off.

On my way to my hotel, I noticed a place on Kearny street here in SF called Kearny Street Pies. Someone was clearly incapable of a brainstorm the day they had to name the place. In any case, I never met a pie I didn't like. A quick search and chowhound was telling me this was a savory pie place, which is fine too. Excellent reviews, something about being sourced from Tom's Peasant Pies in Noe Valley. I am intrigued. I will invariably forget to eat at work tomorrow in the SF office, the time difference does that to me. When I remember, I think Tom's will be there.

It also happens to be right near the Loehmann's Shoe Store. Every trip of mine to SF involves a trip to that shoe store. I'm sure tomorrow when I report back you will be able to see why.
